About Matt

As a member of the firm’s Business and Transactions practice group, Matt’s practice is focused on representing business of all types and sizes from their inception and formation and on an ongoing basis thereafter.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked as an associate for a law firm which specializes in conducting in-depth, multi-disciplinary due diligence on alternative investment vehicles.  Following law school, Matt had the privilege of serving as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John M. Maloney in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.

Matt grew up in Howard County and now lives in Sykesville with his wife and son.  The entire family loves sports and in their down time they can usually be found playing or coaching in a local gym or on a ballfield.
