About Alina

Alina’s practice focuses on estate and business succession planning, in addition to estate and trust administration. Alina takes a holistic approach to assisting clients with their estate and tax planning needs, as she believes that planning is not only about applying financial and tax strategies, but also about maintaining and fostering family relationships. Alina encourages open conversations with family members, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, financial advisors and business partners, in order to ensure seamless transitions and minimize potential conflict.

Prior to joining the firm, Alina worked as an estate planning and administration attorney, as well as a tax controversy attorney, in Rockville, Maryland. Alina is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Howard County Estate Planning Council.

Alina is a native of Romania and has called Maryland home for more than 20 years. She lives in Olney with her husband, their two children, and their cat, Nina.
