Alex Zarzecki has joined Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny as an attorney. He will lead the Estate & Trust Administration Practice Group, focusing on estate and trust administration, estate and special needs planning, asset protection, guardianships, and elder law.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked with a boutique firm in Baltimore for more than a decade, where his practice focused on elder law, estate planning, and special needs planning. Alex previously served as an Adjunct Professor with the University of Baltimore School of Law, and as a Judicial Intern with the Honorable Kathleen G. Cox, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
Alex received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is admitted to the bar in Maryland, and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Baltimore County Bar Association.
Frequently invited to speak by professional organizations and industry groups, Alex has presented and guest lectured at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, the Johns Hopkins University, and Towson University.
Alex is a member of a number of professional and non-profit associations, including serving on the board of First Maryland Disability Trust and Senior Citizens, Inc. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Elder Law Section Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the National Elder Law Foundation. He has also been named a Maryland Super Lawyer annually, from 2019 – 2024.
