Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC represented a client in pursuing a stockholder derivative action on behalf of their company against the other stockholder, defended a claim against the company for monies that the client alleged they were owed in connection with their employment with the company, and sought a judicial dissolution of the company. The litigation involved three separation arbitration proceedings, as well as an action filed in Prince George’s County Circuit Court.

The litigation resulted in a multimillion-dollar arbitration award, an award for attorney’s fees, and the settlement of the dissolution action with a negotiated buyout.

The DARS team was led by Eric W. Gunderson, with assistance from Hugh W. Farrell and Jeffrey T. Agnor.
