Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC (DARS) advised T&B Electric, a 30-year-old family-owned business with approximately $10 million in annual revenue, in connection with its purchase/acquisition by Chris Sanders and Greg Wisor, two industry veterans with more than 60 years of combined experience

Sanders and Wisor, who met while working for Washington, D.C.-based electrical company Varcomac LLC, purchased the Crofton, MD-based T&B with plans to grow the small business by expanding into the electrical servicing industry.
