Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC (DARS) advised Old Dominion Supply, Inc., a wholesale distributor of HVAC parts and supplies in Maryland and Northern Virginia, in connection with its acquisition by Ferguson PLC, the largest value-added distributor in the residential and non-residential North American construction market, providing products and services including plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and lighting to PVF, water and wastewater solutions.
