Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC (DARS) advised Miller Engineering and Research Corporation (MERC Aerospace®), a leading engineering services provider to NASA and DoD customers, in connection with its acquisition of Research Support Instruments Inc. (RSI), a leading provider of engineering services and scientific research support to the United States Space Program, including DoD and NASA facilities. RSI was purchased from its former parent company, Physical Sciences Inc.
