Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC (DARS) advised IMH Columbia, LLC (IMH) in connection with its purchase of iconic downtown Columbia Sheraton hotel from Interstate Columbia, LLC, which was subsequently developed by Costello Construction into the Merriweather Lakehouse luxury hotel.

In addition, DARS represented IMH in its real estate acquisition, including lending to facilitate the purchase of a parcel of land which was developed by Costello Construction into 280,000 sq. ft. of destination office and retail space in the heart of downtown Columbia.
