Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC (DARS) represented an academic institution in connection with claims made by an employee for alleged failure to accommodate under the ADA, race discrimination, a whistleblower protection claim, and retaliation under the ADA. This litigation resulted in immediate dismissal of the race discrimination, whistleblower, and ADA retaliation claims.
