Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC (DARS) represented MCB Real Estate, LLC (MCB), a privately held institutional investment management firm in its acquisition of Pinkard Properties, a provider of asset and property management services.

MCB has a nationwide portfolio of operating assets totaling approximately 15 million square feet. The strategic addition of Pinkard includes a portfolio of approximately two million square feet of commercial office, flex/office, warehouse/industrial, and retail space in the Maryland region, and underscores MCB’s commitment to growth and enhancing operational efficiencies across its assets.
