Established in 1927, Alban Tractor is a Baltimore-based construction equipment and power systems company and Caterpillar, Inc. dealer serving customers in Northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Delaware. When it was time to sell their generational family-owned business, the Alban family relied on strategic counsel from Paul G. Skalny and the team of business attorneys at DARS to guide them through the complex transaction.
