Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC (DARS) advised Constellation Software Engineering (CSE), a leading provider of high-quality solutions and services for Federal Civilian and DoD clients, in connection with its acquisition by two seasoned entrepreneurs.

CSE’s new CEO and its new President, who will transition the company to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, have founded and managed companies in excess of $100 million in revenue. They plan to grow CSE by expanding its footprint with innovative, leading-edge solutions in Blockchain Technology and Health IT.
