Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC (DARS) represented insurance brokerage, Jeffrey Preston Zepp Insurance (Zepp), in its acquisition by leading global insurance brokerage Hub International Limited (Hub).

Zepp provides personal and commercial insurance solutions, including home, auto, life and business. Previously part of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company’s exclusive distribution model, Zepp joined Chicago-based Hub after transitioning to an independent brokerage.
