Erick specializes in business law with a keen focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and business succession planning. His strategic and outcome-driven approach, combined with a deep understanding of legal complexities, enables him to deliver efficient, client-focused solutions. Erick’s expertise also encompasses guiding clients through business formation, structuring, operational management, and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining the firm, Erick worked as a Corporate Attorney at a large firm in Baltimore where he focused on corporate transactional law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He also served as the legal counsel to the Chief Information Officer at the Department of Justice, exposing him to legal issues involving cybersecurity and technology law. This diverse background, combined with his experience in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland has equipped Erick with a well-rounded perspective he leverages when advising and assisting clients in all phases of their business life.

Outside of work, Erick’s passions include traveling and spending cherished moments with his family.
